Order
How do I place an order for a product?
To place an order on the Royal Bois website there is nothing more, you just have to follow the following steps.
Choose the product you want to order, go to its product sheet and click on the green button "ADD TO CART" a small page will be displayed on the right side with your cart displaying the chosen products.
You will then be able to choose to continue adding products to the cart or to modify the cart by deleting products or increasing the quantity or even to start filling in the payment method of your order as well as the delivery address.
Once after clicking on the "payment" button you will arrive on a page where you will enter the delivery coordinates. You can also add a promo code if you have one.
You will arrive on the payment page where you enter your payment method then you validate and your order will be placed.
You will receive an email with your invoice and the summary of your order.
I would like to modify an order already paid for?
If you have already placed your order and made the payment and you want to make a change to the order. Please contact us as soon as possible here.
Would I like to cancel my order?
You wish to cancel an order that you have placed beforehand, so please contact us within 2 days of your order. Contact us here.
Specify your last name, First name, plus the why you want to cancel your order. We cannot guarantee the cancellation of your order.
I made a mistake on the delivery address?
You have placed an order on our website but you have made a mistake on the delivery address. So you have to do it quickly, and send us an email within 2 days of the order being placed by contacting us here.

What is the delivery price?
On our website, the delivery costs are free.
What is the delivery time of my order?
Our average delivery and manufacturing times are 8 to 12 weeks for our epoxy resin tables.
What is our delivery area?
We deliver mainly in France, Switzerland, Belgium, Luxembourg and Canada.
We also deliver internationally but with delivery costs that are added to the order.

I have a discount voucher, how do I use it?
If you have a discount voucher and you want to use it, it's very simple. When you have finished adding your products to the basket, click on the "PAYMENT" button you will arrive on the page where you will have to enter your delivery details. At the top right of the page, you have an area to insert your promo code, then once done, the price will be calculated automatically according to the discount voucher.
Can I pay in installments?
We are sorry but our Royal Bois website does not allow you to pay in installments for your order. We are trying to find the system that would allow us to do this, in order to provide you with a better customer service.
What payment methods are available on the site?
You can pay by credit card or by PayPal. We do not accept bank checks or payments at the reception.
